Broadband Access

Passive Optical LAN

FiberLAN Gigabit Passive Optical Network solutions from DZS and upcoming GPONX products can deliver up to four times more bandwidth, per rack unit, than competitors.

MSAN and Optical Line Terminals (OLT)

Optical Network Terminal (ONT)
To achieve optimum cost efficiency and to maximize service differentiation, service providers building FTTx networks demand ONTs well tuned to their specific requirements. In response to the broad scope of these requirements, DZS has leveraged deep experience in managing the complexity of multi-service access to build the industry’s most comprehensive portfolio of FTTx customer premise equipment, for both Active Ethernet and GPON standards. These models include a variety of configurations for residential, business, MDU, and cellular backhaul applications.
Customer Premise Equipment (CPE)
DZS’ CPE portfolio includes a complete range of residential modems supporting basic bridge functionality to full IAD support with integrated WI-FI and voice ports. In addition as part of the residential CPE portfolio there is a complete line of NIDs designed to support both copper and fiber deployments to both residential homes as well as MDUs.

Home Wifi
The DZS-CONNECTION suite is comprised of 3 elements, led by CONNECT-ACS, an ultra-modern and open auto configuration server based on the Broadband Forum technical specification TR-069 standard. The suite also includes an analytics engine CONNECT-DA and CONNECT-API, an open RESTful interface. First in a family new CPEs for WiFi, the DZS MESH-2100 node is a standard 802.11ac wave2 Dual Band MESH node that supports an aggregated data rate of up to 2100Mbps. New whole home WiFi combined with richer and more robust information end to end make DZS an even higher value supplier to service providers.
Network Management
ZMS is our network management system and is a standards-based, carrier and enterprise class network management solution that provides management support for our multi-service networks.The ZMS client-server architecture uses proven industry standard components such as an application server framework and a relational database to provide a robust platform.
Channelbank
DZS provides channel bank products for new or existing networks. The concept of Integrated Access began with the introduction of the IMACS. Initially, the IMACS was a vision that brought bandwidth savings for voice and data access. IMACS has not strayed from its vision and has remained the most flexible, robust, and scalable integrated access solution in the telecommunications market today. With over 50 optional service application modules and four flexible and scalable chassis options, the IMACS provides an almost limitless combination of services, applications and network interfaces.
Cabinets
Complementing DZS’ highly scalable and full-featured network access portfolio is a wide array of outside plant cabinets to accommodate a variety of our products. Our OPX (Optical Plant Exchange) line of cabinets supports densities from 24 ports to 1800 ports all pre-configured and tested at our facilities and ready to be installed on the concrete slab, pole or wall upon arrival at the Service Provider’s location.
